Ignite 2 Unite was established in 2021 by Jason Jedamski out of the need to meet school culture facilitation and speaking requests from schools across North America. As a lifelong educator, Jason began speaking and consulting part-time with schools in 2014 before joining school culture expert Phil Boyte and Learning for Living, Inc. full-time in 2018 as a speaker and facilitator. In 2020, Jason returned to a full-time educator role as the Director of the Vanguard Academy of Broken Arrow, an innovative micro high school in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. As requests for facilitation and speaking grew, Jason launched Ignite 2 Unite.

In 2022, Ignite 2 Unite acquired the Breaking Down the Walls program from Phil Boyte and Learning for Living, Inc. Ignite 2 Unite is honored to continue the thirty-year legacy of positively impacting students through the Breaking Down the Walls program by providing experiences that will ensure “It’s hard to hate someone whose story you know.”

We offer programs for students highlighted by our signature program, Breaking Down the Walls. Our staff programs including keynotes, staff development, and school culture engineering partnerships.

Our team is made up of staff, trainers and facilitators from California, Nevada, Idaho, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.
